The supplier shall furnish bill of materials for each type of equipment/material offered which should be consistent with the drawing, sample, specification and guaranteed technical particulars. The copies of the bill of materials should always be enclosed along with the bill submitted by the supplier for payment wherein he should specifically mention the materials/ components despatched out of the bill of materials, if the equipment is not sent in totality. Where the equipment/material to be supplied consist of more than one component, the supplier claiming payment for equipment/materials shall certify that all components of the equipment/ material have been supplied in full for the quantity indicated in the invoice. Part payment shall not be allowed.
