Each package shall contain, in waterproof cover, the detailed list indicating the order reference, date, list of content and reference to the approved bill of materials. Each item contained in the package shall be described sufficiently to enable identification of the quality, weight etc. There should not be any alteration in the packing list incorporated in the order, copy of the packing list should be sent to all the consignees, Technical Director (Stores) as well as Chief Accounts Officer (SB) and should be enclosed with the bills along with other documents.
