1.     The Blank Tender Documents Can Be Obtained By Giving Full Postal Address On Any Working Day Between 14.00 To 16.00 Hrs. up to The Preceding Working Day Of The Due Date Of The Tender, On Payment Of The Specified non-refundable Tender Fee (Rs.200/-Extra For The Tender Documents Required By Post) By Cash/M.O./Crossed "A/C Payee" Demand Draft Payable To "Maharashtra State Electricity Board" Drawn On Any Nationalized Bank At Mumbai.

2.     The Tender Documents Are Not Transferable. Change In Name And Address Of Any Kind Will Not Be Entertained. Tenderers Are Requested To Give Correct Name And Address While Paying The Tender Fee And Collecting The Tender Documents.

3.     The Tenders Will Not Be Accepted After Due Date and Time. Tenders Should Be Submitted Duly Super scribing The Tender Number and Due Date on the Cover.

4.     If The Due Date Happens To Be Holiday, The Due Date And Opening Date, Both Will Stand Extended To The Next Working Days In The Same Sequence With No Change In Timings.

5.     The Board Does Not Accept Any Responsibility For Delay In Issue Or Receipt Of The Tender Document By Post Or In Person.

6.     The Tender Documents Once Issued Against Demand Letter And Money Receipt Shall Not Be - Cancelled Or Transferred Or Replaced Or Substituted On Any Ground And The Tender Fee Paid Against Such Tender Document Shall Not Be Refunded At All.

7.     Tender To Be Filled In Duplicate.

8.     All The Pages Of The Offer (Tender) Should Be Numbered And Should Be Mentioned On Ist Page Of The Offer.

9.     Every Clause Of Annexure 'C ' Should Be Filled In And Answered. No Item/ Clause Shall Be Left Blank Or Unanswered. If Any Clause Is Not Applicable The Words "Not Applicable” Shall Be Written Against It.

10.   The Tenderer Shall Not Make Any Additions Or Changes In Tender Form.

11.   The Offers With Prices Of The Material Quoted In Slab Basis And Or With Any Conditional Discount On Any Account Are Rejected.

12.   The Rates Shall Be Quoted In Figures & Words. In Case Of Difference Between Figures And Words The Rate Advantageous To The Board Is Considered.

13.   The Xerox Copy Of LSI License, Permanent SSI Certificate And Eligibility Certificate For Developing Region Shall Be Submitted Duly Sealed And Signed.

14.   The Permanent SSI Certificate Shall Include The Item Offered.

15.   Copy Of NSIC Registration Certificate Shall Be Attested By Notary.

16.   Correction Should Be Duly Initialled And No Overwriting Permitted.

17.   Offers Received Telegraphically, Telex Message, Facsimile Or E-Mail Are Not Entertained.

18.   No Correspondence After Due Date & Time Of Tender Submission Is Entertained.
