The Board at its option, will inspect the material ordered during its process of manufacturing including the inspection of raw materials and will request the supplier to carry out such tests as may be necessary to ensure proper quality of the material. The samples of components of the material shall be subject to quality check by the inspecting officer during manufacturing.
