Director (Operations)

Shri Anil Vilas Kolap have been appointed as Director (Operations), MSETCL w.e.f. 05.10. 2021. Shri Kolap is a B.E. (Electrical) graduate from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He completed D.C.M.(Diploma in Computer Management) from Bharati Veedyapeeth Institute of Management (Shivaji University), Kolhapur.

After graduation in 1991 he joined in erstwhile MSEB as Junior Engineer and posted at 132kV SS Sangamner (EHV O&M Div. Babhaleswar) Nasik Zone. Under Direct recruitment in Aug. 2003 he was selected as “Additional Executive Engineer” and in Dec. 2009 selected as “Superintending Engineer” and was posted at Energy Accounting Section, SLDC, Kalwa. In 2018 got promoted as Chief Engineer and was posted at SLDC, Kalwa. At SLDC took major assignments like streamlining of visibility, replacement of Video Wall, Commissioning of REMC, in house preparation of REDSM regulation codes and procedure, DSM codes and procedure, Metering code and procedure, outage management standardisation. Thereafter he was appointed as CE, Karad Zone.
